This position is for an in-office worker.
Responsibilities- Including but not limited to:
• Setting up text promotions for clients – this is a multi-step process
• Discussing Marketing plans with owner and clients
• General Administrative tasks
• Most work will be done using FileMaker Pro – we will train
Qualifications:
• College degree or some college credits preferred.
• 2-3 years of Administrative experience required.
• Marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Experience using FileMaker Pro is a huge plus.
• Must have own transportation and be within 15 minutes’ drive from Glen Cove, NY.
• Job Type: Full-time, Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position info:
• We are a tech firm seeking someone to do easy computer work in our office.
• Tasks may include data entry and repetitive key strokes. Very easy, entry-level work. No experience necessary. We will train.
• Part-time afternoons from 2-5 pm are the preferred hours for this position. We are not a large corporation, so we offer flexibility to our staff in terms of work hours.
• This would be a great job for a college student or older high school student with daytime availability and their own transportation.
Qualifications:
• No experience necessary, however, familiarity with Apple computers will definitely help.
• Must have own transportation and be within 15 minutes’ drive from Glen Cove, NY.
• Job Type: Part-time, Pay: $13.00 per hour
